Picks and Ranked Fantasy
Game and championship wins add up to 10 reputation points and losses subtract up to 5. Professional player Over/Under picks add up to 2.5 for a win and subtract up to 1.25 for a loss. College game and championship picks earn up to 5 or lose up to 2.5; college player picks gain or lose no reputation. Confidence scales these amounts; exact fractions are kept while displayed reputation uses at most one decimal. Ranked Fantasy uses three eligible players from either team and separate league reputation starting at 0. Ranked wins add 10 and losses subtract 5, regardless of opponent reputation. Both Picks and Fantasy reputation can fall below zero. Results settle from verified player stats. Friendly Battles never change reputation or ranked records. The optional game-winner choice adds no player points. Live points are provisional and can be delayed or corrected. Ties, cancelled games and DNP / Void battles change no Fantasy reputation. There are no entry fees, stakes, cash payouts, or prizes.
Agreement and eligibility
Rivle is operated by Rivle LLC. By creating an account or using Rivle, you agree to these Terms with Rivle LLC and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age where you live, and have authority to accept these Terms.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Rivle gameplay
Rivle Picks, Fantasy, and Games are free gameplay for entertainment and reputation, with no entry fees, stakes, cash payouts, or prizes. These features do not accept wagers or hold betting funds. Rivle does not guarantee outcomes or provide financial, gambling, or investment advice.
Optional external partner offers
Rivle may show optional sponsored partner placements for independent services, including Polymarket US. Access to external partner offers is limited to qualified adults. Rivle may receive compensation if you use an affiliate link. Offers are separate from Rivle gameplay, do not affect your picks, results, reputation, or access to free features, and are not required to use Rivle. Before you can open an external partner link, you must confirm that you are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live, are a U.S. resident, and are currently in the U.S. outside Nevada. An existing under-18 age-group choice prevents access. Your confirmation is not a provider account or a guarantee of eligibility. The provider applies its own identity, age, location, account, trading, risk, privacy, and other requirements. The link opens outside Rivle in your browser or the provider's installed app. Rivle does not provide trading, deposits, withdrawals, wallets, or custody. Activity on the external service is governed by that provider's terms and can involve financial loss. Rivle does not recommend a specific trade or guarantee an outcome.
User content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Rivle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.
Acceptable use
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not abuse systems, scrape without permission, evade security controls, infringe rights, upload malware, manipulate rankings, spam, impersonate others, or interfere with users or the service.
Public content and messages
You are responsible for what you post or send. User-created communities are public and may identify their creator. Public profile text, community names and descriptions, posts, polls, photo descriptions, comments, and replies are checked before publication using Rivle’s automated Community Guidelines safeguards. Uploaded photos are screened on Rivle’s server with a self-hosted sexual-content safety model before they are shared. Private-message text receives local severe-abuse and spam checks before delivery but is not routinely sent to an external classification service. A message or photo that a participant reports may be sent to OpenAI for automated safety review and preserved for abuse handling. Reported content may also be reviewed by Rivle’s administrator.
Moderation and enforcement
Rivle may investigate conduct, remove content, issue warnings, temporarily restrict creating communities, posting, commenting, and messaging, and preserve information when reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, or legal compliance. Rivle currently uses temporary feature restrictions rather than account suspensions. Automated sanctions follow the progression described in the Community Guidelines and may be appealed through Support.
Third-party services and sports data
Rivle depends on infrastructure, email, device, app-store, sharing, and sports-data services it does not control. Scores, schedules, links, and prediction results may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivle is provided as is and as available without implied warranties. Rivle does not guarantee uninterrupted service or prediction accuracy. Rivle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid Rivle during the preceding twelve months or US$100, except where law prohibits that limitation.
Changes and disputes
Features and these Terms may change. Material updates will receive notice when required. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable laws remain in effect. Contact support first so concerns can be addressed informally.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy below is incorporated into these Terms. A separate copy remains available at /privacy for app-store, account-creation, and direct-link requirements.

Player picks, Fantasy, and public feeds
Rivle stores player selections and stat targets, Fantasy lineups, queue entries, friend challenges, match results, and league ratings to run these features. For You shows public posts available to your account, newest first. Following shows posts from accounts you follow, newest first. Mutes and blocks apply to both feeds. Private messages are not used as public feed content. Fantasy ratings and completed records appear on profiles and leaderboards; an opponent sees your selections during your shared draft. Earned profile frames, milestone progress and recorded ranking history are stored to show your achievements. Equipping a frame does not spend reputation.
In-app advertising
When advertising is enabled in a compatible mobile app release, Rivle uses Google AdMob to show occasional interstitial ads between the Picks screen and the new-pick form and before basketball games. This release requests non-personalized ads for eligible users who confirm an age range of 13–17 or 18 or older. Users aged 13–17 receive restricted ad treatment with the most restrictive ad content rating; their ad requests are tagged for under-age-of-consent treatment. Google does not request advertising consent from users tagged as under the age of consent. Users must still meet any higher local minimum age for Rivle. Google and participating advertising providers may process device or app identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver, measure and secure ads. Rivle does not provide the advertising SDK with account IDs, email addresses, prediction details, posts, photos or messages. Age-group preferences are saved on your device for the signed-in account; your full birth date is not requested. Where required, Google's consent form appears before ad requests. You can revisit available consent choices and your age-group preference in Settings > Ad privacy. If consent or an ad is unavailable, you can continue making picks and playing basketball. Google's processing is also described at policies.google.com/privacy. Personalized and cross-context behavioral advertising are not enabled in this release.
Who we are
Rivle is operated by Rivle LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Rivle LLC collects and uses information when you use Rivle.
Optional external partner links
For optional partner eligibility, Rivle saves your combined eligibility confirmation, its timestamp, and your choice to hide offers locally on your device for the signed-in account. The confirmation expires after 24 hours. This check does not collect a full birth date, proof of residence, or precise location, and does not change your advertising consent or age-group preference. An existing under-18 age-group choice prevents access. When you choose to open an affiliate link, the external provider receives the referral code and may process normal connection and browser information, such as your IP address, browser or device details, and cookies used by its site, under its own policies. Rivle does not append or transmit your Rivle account identifiers, picks, posts, messages, or session credentials through the link. This partner feature adds no third-party SDK or in-app click analytics. You can hide offers in Settings > Partner offers.
Optional phone notifications
If you enable phone notifications and grant your phone's permission, Rivle retains an app-installation identifier and push token linked to your account and signed-in session. Expo Push Service and Apple Push Notification service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging process these identifiers and limited notification information to deliver the alert categories you select. Push alerts do not include private-message text. You can turn phone alerts off in Rivle's notification settings or your phone's settings. Rivle removes active registrations when you turn them off in Rivle, sign out, or delete your account; offline removal is retried when a connection is available. These identifiers are not used for advertising or tracking across apps.
Information we collect
Rivle collects account details, verification status, profile information, settings, posts, uploaded photos and descriptions, comments, polls, predictions, follows, likes, communities you create and join, community names and descriptions, blocks, mutes, messages, and support requests. Our infrastructure also processes limited device, network, request, and diagnostic information required to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, deliver verification and security messages, operate Rivle features, honor settings and blocks, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, enforce our rules, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Service providers may process information only to help operate Rivle, including Render for hosting and storage, Resend for transactional email, OpenAI for automated safety classification of public text and reported evidence, app-store services, and sports-data services. Uploaded photos are ordinarily screened on Rivle’s server with a self-hosted safety model. Private-message text receives local automated checks for severe abuse and spam but is not routinely sent to an external classification service. A message or photo reported by a participant may be sent to OpenAI for automated safety review. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect users or Rivle, with your direction, or as part of a corporate transaction. Rivle does not sell personal information or private messages and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Public activity
Profiles, posts, comments, predictions, reputation, community names and descriptions, creator attribution, memberships, and community activity may be visible to other users. Privacy controls affect visibility inside Rivle but cannot guarantee deletion of copies previously shared by other people.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as needed to provide Rivle. In-app account deletion removes the account and associated content from active records, except information temporarily retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups, or legal compliance.
Your choices and rights
You can edit profile information, change your email or password, manage notifications, block or mute accounts, delete eligible content, and permanently delete your account in Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
Children
Rivle is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet any higher minimum age required where they live.
Security and transfers
Rivle uses safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws using safeguards required by applicable law.
