Delete your Rivle account

You can permanently delete your Rivle account and associated active data without contacting support.

Delete inside Rivle

  1. Sign in to the Rivle app.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
  3. Request the verification code sent to your account email.
  4. Enter the code and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion begins immediately after the code is confirmed.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@rivleapp.com from the email address connected to your Rivle account. Include your username and state that you want the account permanently deleted. Never send your password or verification code.

What is deleted

Rivle removes the account and associated content from active records. Limited information may be retained temporarily when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or legal compliance.
